Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs

• All other items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• If your order included free shipping, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund, and you must also cover the return shipping.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
✔️ In the same condition as received (unused, with tags, and in original packaging).
✔️ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at cu.orders@gdptuning.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective or damaged.
• You receive the wrong item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with a proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (minus any applicable fees). Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
