Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours..
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Most Orders* over $9999 are Free Standard Shipping to the U.S.A. and Canada *(Excluding heavier parts)
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your country. GDP has no control over and is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@gdptuning.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund** the full order amount minus the shipping costs and a restocking fee for the return. **(ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON TUNE FILES)
Damages
GDPProducts.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
